Question 1: Do I need my own equipment?

No. Your suite is fully equipped with an electric grooming table, bathing tub, lighting,

cabinetry, and more. You need to supply hand tools and supplies such as shampoos and

conditioner.

Question 2: Can I customize my space?

Yes! You're free to decorate your suite and brand it however you like (within safety guidelines).

Question 3: How long is the lease?

We offer flexible lease terms—1 to 3 year contracts available to suit your business goals.

Question 4: Are utilities included?

Absolutely. Your rent includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and access to all shared amenities.
